Keep your pet close with a custom embroidered portrait on an everyday cap. Choose your colour and number of pets, then upload a clear photo for our artists.

Turn a favourite pet photo into a one-of-a-kind personalised keepsake, created with detailed embroidery and made especially for you.

How it works

  1. Choose your colour, size and number of pets.
  2. Upload a clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera.
  3. Receive your first artwork proof by email within 7–10 business days.
  4. Approve the proof or request changes. Up to three artwork revisions are included.
  5. We complete your embroidery and send tracking when it ships.

Timing and delivery

Most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks from the order date. International orders, including Australia, may take up to 7 weeks. Proof revisions, peak gifting periods and delayed approval can extend this estimate. Australian customers see prices in AUD when Australia is selected as the country or region; available delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Photo guide

  • Use a close-up photo taken in natural daylight.
  • Make sure your pet’s face, colouring and key markings are clearly visible.
  • Avoid screenshots, filters, blur and heavily shadowed photos.
  • Choose the final photo carefully. Replacing it after artwork begins may incur an additional artwork fee.

Personalised-order policy

Because this item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once artwork or production has begun. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Contact custommybuddyteam@outlook.com if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Care

Spot clean gently with cold water and air dry. Avoid soaking or applying stain remover directly to the embroidery.

Custom Product Policy

Due to the nature of this custom product, we cannot provide refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or if we've already completed the artwork within that time.

Revisions on Artwork

  • You can request up to three free revisions. Additional revisions are available for AU$35 to compensate our artists' time.
  • If you want to change the picture entirely, there's a AU$45 fee to rework the photo. Each artwork takes 4 hours to create. This provides for our artists' time.
  • For the best results, please provide a clear picture with good lighting.
  • We work with one picture per order, so choose the one you want to use. If you are between photos, please reach out via email to help choose the best one.

Shipping Protection

To safeguard your order in case of mailing system issues, we recommend adding shipping protection during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Adding shipping protection will ensure your order is covered.

Proof Approval

You will receive your proof within 7 business days. You must approve your proof within 3 days. After that, it will be auto-approved and sent for production. We can't make changes once it's in production. If you have a Hotmail email, please check your spam folder. We suggest using a different email if possible.

Color

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the sweatshirt color.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges since our items are fully customized.

  • 4️⃣ That's all! So easy, right? We will begin working on your artwork and share it with you once it is ready via email, where you can approve or request one revision.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweasthirt!!!
