How Do I Get My Paws on a Custom Creation?

Can I have more than one pet on an item?

You can have up to three pets on our items. Some items, like our baseball caps, can only fit one pet. Please see individual product pages for more details.

How do I add more than one pet to an item?

Simply select the number of embroidered illustrations in the drop-down menu on the product page. Each additional pet is $20. Then upload your photos as normal!

How does it work?

  1. Pick the item you'd like to customize with your pet's face.
  2. Choose all your personalization options.
  3. Upload up to four photos!

We will get back to you within a few days with your illustration, and you will have the opportunity to make unlimited revisions.

Once you've approved your pet portrait, we will embroider it and ship it to you within 3 weeks of your order.

How long does it take to get my pet illustration?

You will receive your first draft within 10-15 working days of your order (excluding US bank holidays).

If I have more than one pet, how do I tell you which one is which?

When we send your illustration, we will ask you to confirm who is who.

What if I don't like my pet illustration draft?

No problem—You can request up to three free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $25 to compensate our artists' time

What do I do if I received my order but there is something wrong?

When will I receive my order?

Orders take 4-5 weeks to process from the order date.

What type of photos work best for the pet illustration?

The best photos are the ones that truly showcase your pet's personality! Close-up headshots are ideal, especially ones where your pet looks their best. For dogs, smiling photos always work well!
