We send a design preview by email. Nothing is made until you confirm it. You can request revisions before production.
After you confirm, production takes about 1-2 business days, then shipping to Australia is about 5-7 business days.
How long until I get my design preview?
Your first design preview is normally sent within 7-10 business days of your order once we have a suitable photo.
Can I see a preview before anything is made?
Yes. Every custom order includes a design preview. Nothing is embroidered until you confirm it.
When will I receive my order?
Typical timing: design preview 7-10 business days, then production 1-2 business days, then Australia shipping 5-7 business days. Free shipping on Australian orders.
Can I have more than one pet on an item?
You can have up to three pets on many items. Some items, like baseball caps, can only fit one pet. Please see individual product pages for details.
How do I add more than one pet?
Select the number of embroidered illustrations in the drop-down on the product page. Extra pets are charged as shown. Then upload your photos as normal.
What photos work best?
Clear, front-facing close-ups in good light work best. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email custommybuddyteam@outlook.com with photos and your order number and we will help resolve it.

Items are unisex with a regular fit. Please see the size guides on the product listings.
