It was a gift, my friend loved it!

I am absolutely obsessed with my hat! I ordered it for my brother's birthday and the embroidery was spot on! The process was very easy and though it took a long time, they made you aware of that from the beginning and kept me updated the whole time. Will definitely be purchasing again AND recommending to everyone I know!

Looks just like my cat and is nice quality. The owner actually took my feedback and made changes which made it perfect. Takes a while to get the proof but the shipping is quick.

These portraits of our two cats were made with such loving care and attention to detail. They came out beautifully and the products are of a fine quality as well. The customer service was personal and most attentive. It takes a while as they are made to order by a small, evidently caring staff. But the product is SO worth the wait! We will be ordering more items now that our kitties’ faces are in their files. I couldn’t recommend this small business more highly.

Communication was great, the beanie is thick and vibrant, and my angel Ringo's face is spot on. It means so much to me to have a sentimental item to wear of my buddy that’s crossed the rainbow bridge. This would make a purrrfect gift forsomeone or even for yourself!! You won’t be disappointed.

The sweatshirt we bought was really good quality and the custom embroidery came out so good! It looks exactly like the picture. I picked a picture that was straight on but for my second order I picked a picture with a bit more personality and both came out so cute. The seller was really responsive and it came right in time for Christmas.

Lol The bag itself is very high quality and the embroidery is realistic and seems durable. I would definitely purchase more in the future.
