How does custom pet embroidery work?
Choose a product and colour, upload a clear pet photo, then wait for your artwork proof by email. Nothing is stitched until you approve the drawing. After approval we embroider the piece and send tracking when it ships.
How long does a CustomMyBuddy order take?
Your first artwork proof normally arrives in 7–10 business days. Most orders are completed and delivered in about 4–6 weeks. Australian deliveries can take up to 7 weeks if proof revisions or postage add time.

Yes. Every custom order includes a hand-drawn artwork proof sent to your email. You can request changes before production. Nothing is embroidered until you approve the proof.
