I am big into hats, and I love this one. The embroidery was great quality, and really brings out LIlly's face. Susan did an amazing job adjusting the thread colors to get the best impact! The hat is great quality and very soft. I have a number of embroidered pet hats and this is one of my absolute favorites!!!
A few things to consider:
-Adding her name offset the image higher on the hat. I would probably opt to have her name on the side in the future.
-Hat is high quality fabric universal sized; it was a bit big for my wife's head but perfect for mine
-Unlike a trucker cap, you can wash this in a hat frame and not ruin everything! (follow care guidelines)

I ordered the tote bag with my cat and the embroidery is beautiful and spot on! The bag is also great quality. I love it!

Order was supper easy , you just upload your pets picture . Then they will email you sample image . You can request change based on your preference. For instance I asked to change cat’s eye little bit blue and they did . I had to wait about 3weeks to receive but it is worth to wait . Supper cute . I ordered tote bag . It comes with 2pockets inside one with zipper so your wallet is safe .🥰

The quality and turnaround time on the t-shirt I got was incredible. Susan shared the design for review and I had zero notes. The t-shirt is also an oversized fit, which is totally in-style right now. The gift was a huge hit with my girlfriend.

I ordered my dad a custom pillow of our dog with a very grainy photo, and they did an amazing job, the patch looks just like him! I also ordered myself a hat which was really nice quality, the stitching of the kittens looks exactly like my cats. Will definitely be a returning customer!
