Photo guide
Use a close-up in natural daylight, with your pet facing the camera. Avoid screenshots, filters, blur and heavy shadows. Replacing the photo after the design preview process begins may incur an extra design fee.
Timing and Australia delivery
Design preview in 1–2 business days after you order → you approve it → production 1–2 business days → Australia shipping 5–7 business days (about 7–11 business days in total when you confirm promptly). Prices are in AUD and include GST. Standard shipping A$9.95 — free on orders of A$150 or more.
Personalised-order policy
Because this item is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not available once the design preview has been confirmed or production has begun. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
