Because every Custom My Buddy items are hand-drawn and custom-made, orders typically deliver within 4–6 weeks from the time your proof is approved.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at custommybuddyteam@outlook.com

If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.

If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 hand-drawn artwork fee to honor our artist’s time and care.

Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
