Typical timeline: first design preview in 7-10 business days. After you confirm the design preview, production takes about 1-2 business days and shipping to Australia about 5-7 business days. Delays in photos, replies or proof approval will extend the overall time.
Australian orders ship with free shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at custommybuddyteam@outlook.com.
If your artwork has not yet been started, we will issue a full refund. If your artwork has already been created, you will receive a refund minus a $35 hand-drawn artwork fee to honour our artist's time. Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
