    • As each item is custom-made, we will begin stitching once your order is confirmed.
    • Expect to receive a proof via email within 7 business days for approval before production continues.

    Shipping & Delivery Time

    • Standard Orders: Delivery within 4-6 weeks (domestic) and up to 7 weeks (international).
    • Rush Shipping: Available for an additional fee, allowing your order to be prioritized.

    Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended!)

    We strongly encourage you to purchase Route Shipping Protection to safeguard your order.

    • If you decline the protection, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit via USPS or UPS.
    • Route Shipping Protection is automatically applied to your order. If you uncheck the protection box, you assume full responsibility for any shipping issues.

    International Orders

    • For orders shipped outside the USA, customers are responsible for all international duties and customs fees.
    • Please check with your local customs office for any applicable charges before placing your order.
